| Altitude runners Traing camp is located at Kaptagat a gateway to Rift valley just 18 kilometres from Eldoret. Kaptagat is 300 kilometres from Kenya,s capital city Nairobi, 6hours by road and 30 minutes by flight. |
| At an altitude of 2400 meters, it is one of the best places to train and scores of athletes blaze the trails here each morning, especially at the famous Kaptagat forest.

We make ourselves as accessible as possible for discussing with athletes about training programme to enable every athlete to achieve his or her true potential in every event.
